Knowledge Fair------Program------Awards Ceremony
(Parents Encouraged to Attend)
Friday, May 3rd is our annual Grandparents/Special Friends Day. Our 4K-4th grade students and faculty are preparing a program for your enjoyment and projects which they will display at the Knowledge Fair. The program will be held in the main gym, and the Knowledge Fair will be set up in the practice gym.
$1· 8:30-9:00: 4K-4th Grade: Guests & students drop-in to visit the Knowledge Fair.
$1· Students will not report to their classrooms that day.
$1· 9:00-- Report to the main gym and your teacher.
$1· 9:15-10:15 -- Student program and awards presentation.
$1· 10:15—Students will be dismissed by grade levels. Please be sure to pick up all projects from the Knowledge Fair as you leave.
Other Important Notes:
*DRESS CODE: The students will need to wear the yellow Grandparents/Special Friends Day t-shirt which they purchased earlier or a red uniform shirt & denim slacks, shorts, or skorts.
*THERE WILL BE NO AFTER SCHOOL CARE THAT DAY: Students will be in the care of their parents, grandparents, or special friends when they leave the program and collect their Knowledge Fair project.
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR YOUR CHILD TO HAVE SOMEONE IN ATTENDANCE THAT DAY. Your interest shows your child how much you value them and the efforts they’ve made on your behalf.
